Good course, great price

It's different. Udemy has a ton of instructors, really varied quality. IOA feels more structured, a bit like Coursera but maybe less academic? Good for getting a quick certification for a specific skill.

I'd say it's more like Shaw Academy or Centre of Excellence. Good for foundational knowledge and getting a certificate without breaking the bank. For really deep dives, maybe Coursera or a university course is better.

I used my TESOL cert from them to get a teaching job online. They do have ICOES accreditation, which seems to be the main thing. So yeah, I'd say they're legit for professional development.

For some stuff, maybe. For like, a full degree it's probably not enough. But if it's for something like personal trainer or dog grooming, it gives you a good start.
